Fred is the Managing Principal for CRE 360 Partners. He has spearheaded the vision along with the team and manages the day-to-day operations of the business. Fred is responsible for the growth and trajectory of CRE 360 Partners.
For the past 4 years Fred has and continues to oversee the growth and trajectory of an industry-leading leasing team, focusing on maintaining and driving property-level revenue and expanding real estate operations at First National Realty Partners. Fred brings over 18 years of experience across all commercial real estate sectors. His expertise in tenant relations has led him to complete over 1,000 lease transactions and execute deals with a wide variety of national-brand retailers such as Albertson’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, Lululemon, Whole Foods, Dollar Tree, and many others. Prior to his current role, Fred founded Brier Hill Advisors in 2020, working with both national landlords and super-regional tenants. He also served as a regional vice president of leasing at Brookfield Properties Retail, where he oversaw one of the largest NOIs in the fleet, managing a GLA of 5.5MM SF and leading a team of high-performing leasing professionals. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Fred graduated from Ohio State University and began his career leasing super-regional malls. He now resides in Atlanta, GA, and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Natalie and their three children.
Sam is the Managing Director for CRE 360 Partners. He manages both the research and transaction business within CRE 360 Partners. Sam is instrumental in both tenant and landlord relationships throughout the country.
Sam has more than 20 years of experience in value creation of retail commercial real estate assets, including more than a decade of management and strategic leasing of major projects in portfolios owned by publicly traded REITs in the mall sector. Sam’s deep experience and wide array of national relationships, combined with his ability to effectively drive compelling deals have enabled him to propel leasing volume and cultivate an increasing mix of national and regional retailers within the portfolio. Collier received BS degrees in both Finance/Economics and Accounting from Lipscomb University, and he now resides with his wife in Nashville, TN. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a CPA certification.
Kevin brings over 35 years of real estate research and site selection experience to the CRE 360 team. His expertise in the grocery industry began in college at Lucky Foods in Southern California.
After earning a master’s degree, he joined American Stores in Buena Park, CA, as a Real Estate Research Analyst. Following the consolidation, he moved to Salt Lake City as a Senior Analyst. After American Stores was acquired by Albertsons, Kevin managed the Drug Store team in site research in Boise, ID. His REIT experience started in Houston, TX, with Weingarten Realty Investors, where he held positions as New Development Director and Director of Research during his nearly 17-year tenure. He later joined MTN Advisors, overseeing site location research for grocers and retailers. Throughout his career, Kevin has collaborated with grocers, shopping center owners, developers, and brokers to meet their research needs. At CRE 360 Partners, he leads a team of analysts to support clients in achieving growth. Kevin holds a master’s degree in Geography from California State University Long Beach and has been a member of the ICSC North American Research Group since 2017.
Sarah Garber-Dingle brings her expertise in leasing and client relations as VP of Transactions at CRE 360 Partners, where she focuses on business development and strengthening relationships with landlords and retailers.
In her role, she consults, advises, and nurtures client connections. Before joining CRE 360 Partners, Sarah was Director of Leasing at First National Realty Partners (2022–2024), where she negotiated leases with national retailers to enhance portfolio NOI growth. She also spent nine years at Regency Centers Corporation, managing over 1.7 million square feet in Southeast and Southwest Florida. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University. Based in Central Pennsylvania, she enjoys time with her daughter, Vivian, and their lively yellow lab, Lulu, as well as exploring restaurants, family walks, and traveling with loved ones.
Jerry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University and boasts an impressive and diverse background in market research, bringing nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), sales forecasting modeling, and comprehensive market research.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with a wide range of retailers and developers, which has afforded him a deep and nuanced understanding of the intricacies and dynamics present on both sides of the industry. His professional journey has included significant roles at notable companies such as Sav-on Drug Pharmacies American Stores, World Premier Investments, and Sprouts Farmers Market. This extensive experience enables his ability to adapt and thrive in varying market conditions and organizational structures.

With a strong background in B2B marketing and demand generation, she brings extensive experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, and account management, paired with a proven ability to grow revenue and optimize performance. From managing marketing for tech startups to driving strategies for large, multinational organizations, Lee Anne combines entrepreneurial drive with deep expertise to deliver impactful marketing solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
